  • Four 60-minute private one-on-one coaching sessions (virtual)

  • Optional text/email check-ins between sessions

  • Two-minute Gratitude Journal (included free with package)

  • Investment: $150 a session or $500 for a 4-session package

Parent Coaching (Parents of Children ages 5-17) includes:

  • Services provided by a Parent Coach with more than 20 years of experience in child development

  • Learn about: Positive Discipline, Rebuilding the Relationship, Handling Challenging Behaviors, Setting Boundaries, Keeping Your Cool When things get Heated at Home and more!

  • Personalized practice homework sessions between sessions

  • NO JUDGEMENT! Parenting is HARD. Period. Let’s work together.

  • Investment: $150 a session or $500 for a 4-session package

Coaching for ADHD and Neurodivergent Clients (ages 18+) includes:

  • Services provided by an LSW/Certified Neurodivergent Coach

  • Executive Functioning Skills, Career Exploration, Life Skills, Communication Skills, Future Planning and more are available based on need

  • Personalized growth exercises between sessions

  • Investment: $150 a session or $500 for a 4-session package
